All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your payment card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in USD-RSD according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your payment card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of payment card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Belgrade, so the complete billing process is done on the bank's website. Not even one payment card information is currently not available to our system.
Alesari is not in the VAT system.
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via payment card and PayPal. Payment is processed securely via our payment gateway.

At Alesari, we do not accept returns, as each pair of shoes is custom-made based on detailed measurements. For any inquiries, our team is available via email to assist you. Refunds are only issued in cases of payment errors, such as duplicate transactions or incorrect payment amounts. If such an issue occurs, we will process the refund within a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on your location and bank processing times. While porcelain is highly durable, it remains a fragile material under extreme force.
